Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the owner-operated AI Holdings software project handles information through this public website and its private owner console.

Public website

The public pages do not provide user accounts, forms, advertising, payment collection or analytics at launch. They do not set application cookies. Cloudflare and the hosting provider may process IP addresses, request metadata and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Those providers handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Private owner console

The console is a separate restricted application for the owner. It stores company records, approvals, artifacts and provider-operation evidence needed to operate the system. It is not a public customer portal.

Google and YouTube data

When the owner grants Google OAuth access, AI Holdings uses the authorized data only to show the owner’s channel identity and status, upload an exact owner-approved video as private, and retrieve supported channel/video analytics. Tokens are stored outside public source code and are not sold, used for advertising or shared except with infrastructure providers needed to operate the owner’s requested feature. Access can be revoked in the owner’s Google Account permissions. Deletion requests can be made using the contact below.

Other providers and records

Provider credentials, transaction evidence and operational records are handled only for the specific owner-authorized workflows. A provider account connection does not itself authorize publication, outreach, purchases or payments.

Retention and security

Operational records are retained while needed for accounting, audit, recovery, security and the owner’s business records. Credentials are kept in restricted secret storage and excluded from public artifacts. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may avoid the public site, revoke a connected provider in that provider’s account settings, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
