These terms govern use of the public AI Holdings website. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational site

AI Holdings is an owner-operated software project in controlled rollout. This public site describes the project. It does not offer public accounts, accept orders or payments, make an investment offer, or promise that any product, service, experiment or integration is commercially available.

No professional advice or guarantees

Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Research scores, simulations, forecasts and experimental results can be incomplete or wrong. No result, revenue, profit, availability or performance is guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not probe restricted systems, bypass access controls, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, scrape at a harmful rate, impersonate another person, or use the site unlawfully. The owner console is restricted to expressly authorized users.

Intellectual property

The site’s original software, design and text are owned by the project owner or used under applicable licenses. These terms grant only permission to view the public pages for their intended purpose.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may involve Cloudflare, Google, YouTube and other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. Mentioning or connecting a provider does not imply endorsement or a completed commercial relationship.

Availability and liability

The site may change, pause or end without notice. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and without warranties. The project owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the public site.

Changes, governing law and contact
